Looking for a great place to spend your summer? We are hiring for Summer 2024! Gig Harbor Junior Sailing is looking for experienced Opti, Club 420, Laser & FJ coaches for our five race programs! Additionally, we are always looking for instructors to assist in our Sail Camp, Private Lessons, and Adult Lessons programs.

Looking for flexible hours? Private Lesson Coaches are in high demand! Qualified instructors can earn $30/hr teaching small groups to sail! Set your own schedule, and get new sailors on the water!
Looking for a great way to turn you evenings into income? After school classes are in high demand and you can help us set your schedule! After school instructors and race coaches needed from 4:00 – 7:30.
Gig Harbor Junior Sailing and TYC Junior Sail programs partner to provide programming at the TYC Wollochet Bay Outstation (3418 White Cloud Ave NW, Gig Harbor, WA 98335) and West Shore Marina (3815 Harborview Dr, Gig Harbor, WA 98332). Instructors may work at either facility.
